Part No. starting with ST51xx are the keypad only (also called "elastomere"). Best used to change a worn keyboard with the same variant. For switching the variant you need the kit (ST5xxx), which includes elctronic-board and cable.
Changing the keypad is easy, disassembly of unit is not needed.
